《北京媯河建筑創(chuàng)意園概念規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案國(guó)際征集通知》已于2009年5月27日發(fā)布，現(xiàn)主辦方正式公布北京媯河建筑創(chuàng)意園概念規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案《征集文件》，同時(shí)就原通知的部分內(nèi)容作如下調(diào)整或明確：

　　報(bào)名截止時(shí)間延至：北京時(shí)間2009年6月19日 18時(shí)00分（以郵寄寄出時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)）

　　獎(jiǎng)金設(shè)置調(diào)整為：
　　一等獎(jiǎng)1名，獎(jiǎng)金人民幣150萬(wàn)元（含稅）
　　二等獎(jiǎng)2名，獎(jiǎng)金人民幣100萬(wàn)元（含稅）
　　方案保底費(fèi)，人民幣50萬(wàn)元（含稅）

　　報(bào)名方式：報(bào)名人填寫《北京媯河建筑創(chuàng)意園概念規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案征集報(bào)名表》，以電子郵件方式發(fā)送至guiriver@biad.com.cn ,同時(shí)郵寄報(bào)名表原件至北京市南禮士路66號(hào)建威大廈313室，郵政編碼100045，請(qǐng)?jiān)诩乃秃笈c主辦方聯(lián)系人確認(rèn)。

　　應(yīng)征人資格確認(rèn)：主辦方從報(bào)名人中遴選應(yīng)征人，并于2009年6月30日前以書面方式確認(rèn)。對(duì)未入選應(yīng)征人的報(bào)名人，主辦方不再另行通知。

　　征集文件發(fā)放：《征集文件》在主辦方網(wǎng)站公布，其中部分附件僅向最終選定的應(yīng)征人發(fā)送。

The Invitation Announcement for the International Ideas Competition: Planning of Beijing Gui River Architectural Innovation Park was released on May 27, 2009. The organizers hereby officially promulgate the Invitation Documents for Beijing Gui River Architectural Innovation Park, adjust and clarify some parts of the former Announcement as follows:

Deadline is extended to: 18:00 on June 19, 2009 (the local time in Beijing) (Postmark serves as a proof).

Premium is adjusted to:
One first place awarded: RMB 1,500,000 (tax-inclusive)
Two second places awarded: RMB 1,000,000 (tax-inclusive)
Base design fee: RMB 500,000 (tax-inclusive)

Please fill in the Application Form: International Ideas Competition for the Planning of Beijing Gui River Architectural Innovation Park, send email to guiriver@biad.com.cn and post the original copy to Room 313 Canway Building, #66 Nanlishi Road,West District, Beijing, China.（Post code100045）Please confirm your submission with the contact person after the Application Form is delivered.

Confirmation of Applicant Qualification:
The organizers will select the qualified design teams from the applicants. A confirmation will be sent in writing before June 30, 2009. Unqualified applicants will not receive further notice.

Issuing of Invitation Document:
The Invitation Document will be released on the website of the organizers, while part of the attachments will be only open to finally selected applicants based on the rule.
